Joining Instructions
We do not provide lunch on the day, however, light refreshments of tea / coffee, water and biscuits are available. Please feel free to bring lunch along with you. The use of fridges and microwaves are available if needed. There is also a café onsite on the business park or local shops nearby. Toilets, desks, and common areas will be deep cleaned after every course. Course Attendance / Requirements Delegates must be competent in written and spoken English at a level required to do their job. Interpreters and translators are not permitted in any course. Delegates are required to attend the full course. Failure to complete the full course will result in them failing and, as a result, they will not receive a certificate. In extenuating circumstances, delegates may enrol on a new course to cover the missing days within 90 days of the last day of attendance. Please note, there may be an additional charge applied. If you consider yourself to have any learning difficulties or disability that you think we should be aware of (i.e. Dyslexia or ADHD), please inform us in advance or speak to your trainer in confidence before the course begins. Each course will start promptly at the time above, please ensure you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start time to save any unnecessary delay in the course starting. Please do not arrive too early as there may not be access to the centre. Please ensure that you have noted any special requirements for your course and bring along any information/ equipment needed. All mobile phones and/or other electronic devices are required to be switched off during the course.

At junction 57, take the A1189 exit towards Ipswich/Nacton, keeping right to follow signs for Nacton Village. At the Nacton Interchange, take the 4th exit onto Nacton Road, then merge onto the A14. At junction 52, exit onto the B1113 towards Bramford. Continue onto Ipswich Road, turn left onto Station Road, and then right onto Gipping Road.
