Heading to The Training Centre in Swansea SA54DH Were excited to see you!From the M4, exit at Junction 47 onto the A483 towards Swansea. Stay on the A483, then take the 2nd exit at the roundabout onto the A48. At the next roundabout, 2nd exit onto Heol Ddu Road, and turn right onto Queensway youve arrived!Parkings easy at the rear of the building. Tea and coffee are provided, so grab a cup and settle in. Before your course, please wear comfortable clothing and sensible, closed-toe shoes. Youll be doing practical exercises.If you have any existing injuries or conditions, please let your trainer know at the start. This helps us keep everyone safe.You dont need to bring anything with you. All course materials and equipment are provided for your use.
