Course Agenda
The NWH National Water Hygiene training course is a vital course for individuals working in the water industry. The course covers essential topics such as health and safety, water regulations, and hygiene practices. It is designed to equip participants with the necessary knowledge and skills to ensure the safety and quality of water for consumers.
The course typically begins with a health screening questionnaire to assess the participants overall health and any potential risks they may pose to the water supply. This is followed by a National Water Hygiene test, which evaluates the participants understanding of the course material. This ensures that only those who have a thorough understanding of the subject matter are certified.
Next, the course delves into the importance of water regulations and the role of individuals in maintaining compliance. Participants will learn about the legal requirements and best practices for ensuring the safety and quality of water. They will also be trained on how to identify and report potential hazards in the water supply.
The final part of the course focuses on hygiene practices. Participants will learn about the importance of personal hygiene and how to prevent contamination of the water supply. This includes proper handwashing techniques, use of personal protective equipment, and maintaining a clean work environment. By the end of the course, participants will have a comprehensive understanding of the NWH National Water Hygiene standards and be ready to apply their knowledge in the field.
