Overview:

The CITB Health and Safety Awareness course provides the core knowledge required for anyone working on a construction site. It covers the fundamental legal duties placed on employers and workers, the most common causes of accidents in the industry, and the practical steps individuals can take to protect themselves and others. Delegates leave with a clear understanding of how to work safely within the requirements of current regulations including CDM 2015.

What you will achieve as a result:

Delegates who pass the end-of-course test receive a CITB Health and Safety Awareness certificate. This certificate is accepted as evidence of health and safety knowledge when applying for a CSCS Green Labourer Card and remains valid for five years.
